Terrible!! Although the rooms are nice and clean, If you come from another country, you may have problems with accommodation, especially if you are arriving overnight. I lost my money for the first night booked due to an accommodation error, as the key box didn't open and I have the video that proves what I'm talking about. The next day I arrived at the hostel and was treated quite rudely. Although the facilities are good I don't recommend this place. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. When a foreigner is in another country, what matters most is the friendliness of the staff, especially when solving problems. And in this case it was TERRIBLE!

I stayed there more than once, back in dec 2016 and august 2018. They gave me a box of chocolate for my 2nd return lol that was good. The place is cozy ,clean and in the center, everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is decent, friendly staff .

I stayed in Old Prague House for 3 days and it was good. The place is super well located, it’s possible to go walking to many touristic places, restaurants and bars. The place was super clean and pretty comfortable. The only thing to mention is that the stuff wasn’t at all friendly, they seemed almost the whole time in a bad mood.

The Old Prague House is conveniently located, near Old Prague & the Charles Bridge but it was also quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful in orienting me and giving recommendations about what to see, where to eat, and where things were located. The shared bathroom was not too much a problem. I stayed in room 12- small, but it had everything- a closet that locked, full length mirror, fan, clean & good bed. I’d stay here again.

Old Prague house is a lovely old fashioned hotel, positioned in a quiet part of Prague yet incredibly close to all the landmarks and old town centre; public transport wasn’t needed. The room was spacious and clean, we were provided with an electric fan which was well used and appreciated. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient for a small hotel. Would recommend for couples and families!
